This new ecological project was designed to be at one with nature while immersing yourself in a mystical jungle full of holistic experiences. 4 story building with 30 units (studios, one bedroom or two bedrooms). 10 minute distance to downtown or 15 minutes distance to the beach by bike. The project has underground parking, 24 h on-site security guard, closed circuit surveillance system, electric fencing system, elevator, common laundry.
The development is environmental friendly: residual water treatment plant, water softener, rain water collectors, solar panels, wind generators.
Amenities: sunrise yoga, sunset marble pool, grill lounge, beach club, swimming lagoon, co-working space, cave restaurant, private cenote, observatory nest, gym and spa, healthy snack bar.
The units are delivered furnished (bed bases, headboards, mattresses, tables, chairs, benches, sofa bed) and kitchen equipped with: fridge, electric grill, electric oven, microwave, hood.
This is the first phase of the SOLEMN project and there is only 1 unit left. The second phase is going to be delivered on December, 2022 and there are only a few units left.
